Terms and Conditions

Bookings/Registrations

Making a booking constitutes a contract according to the terms and conditions herein.

It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to provide Project Success with all details of an required Purchase Order and to ensure that Project Success is provided with any details required to ensure settlement of all due amounts, including but not limited to the details of the booker's accounts payable email address.

Payments are to be made by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, BACS or other suitable bank transfer facility.

Project Success will not be liable for any charges in relation to receipt of payment for training.

Payment

All invoices are payable in full prior to attendance on any of our courses. All information required to make payment will be included within our invoice.

Project Success reserves the right to refuse admission to a course if payment has not been received, in full, prior to the course start date.

No Show Policy

Where Project Success receives no cancellation notice from the customer prior to the start date of the course, and any delegate does not attend the training, no refund will be made of any course fees. If payment has not been received, that payment will be due immediately. There will be no option to transfer to another course and a new course booking will need to be made and paid for.

Substitution Policy

A substitute can be named up to 2 days prior to commencement of a course at no extra charge.

Transfer Policy

Project Success understands that circumstances may occur which require the customer to re-schedule training to another Project Success public training course. All transfers must be requested by email to training@project-success.co.uk and must be confirmed by email.

In the event of a transfer being agreed, the following fees will apply:

  • More than 4 weeks prior to course start date - No charge
  • Between 2 and 4 weeks prior to the course start date - 10% of the course fee
  • Between 1 and 2 weeks prior to the course start date - 25% of the course fee
  • Less than 1 week prior to the course start date - 50% of the course fee

 Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested by email to training@project-success.co.uk and must be confirmed by email.

The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • More than 4 weeks prior to course start date - No charge
  • Between 2 and 4 weeks prior to the course start date - 50% of the course fee
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date - 100% of the course fee

Refunds

All refunds will be made to the bank account from which payment was originally received.

VAT

Where applicable, VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.

Course Joining Instructions

Course joining instructions, including confirmation of the venue and start and finish time will be sent to each registered attendee at least one week prior to the course start date. If these are not received it may be that the email has been blocked by email providers. The attendee should first check their junk mail folder and if not received, contact training@project-success.co.uk.

Copyright

All Project Success course materials, including but not limited to graphics, code, text and design, is owned by Project Success Services Ltd or by Project Success third party course providers. No content, in whole or part, may be used, copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, linked to or used in any way without the prior written permission of Project Success. Any use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of copyright and/or other intellectual property rights of Project Success, or in the case of material licensed to Project Success, the owner of the materials.

Discounts

Project Success offers an early bird discount for customers who register at least 4 weeks prior to the course start date. Project Success also offers discounts when there are multiple participants from the same organisation attending the same course. All discounts and special offers are at the discretion of Project Success and can be withdrawn at any time.

Email Policy

By accepting these terms and conditions, all attendees are consenting to receive emails from Project Success. It is necessary to provide this consent to receive all relevant information regarding the training course, both before and after the course. You may update your mail preferences to stop receiving emails from us, however if this is done before 2 weeks after the course, you may not receive essential information regarding the course.
